When he's not working, he's exploring new destinations, cooking up a storm with spicy Thai spices, or hanging out with his fellow members of the British Beards Club.

Sylwia's got skills that would make a sniffer dog jealous, making her the world's top risk assessor. But watch out bad drivers and litterbugs, because Sylwia is not a fan! When she's not scaling mountains or globe-trotting, she's changing the game in the world of health and safety.
